In 2005 we opened the UK’s first burrito bar in Manchester’s Piccadilly Gardens. We’d spent too much time in Mexico, falling in love with the spirited culture, the exotic climate and most of all the irresistible, flavoursome food. We were foodie fanatics who’d found our calling in the iconic burrito. So, we stole the greatest recipes.
and set about crafting and perfecting the art of sensational Mexican food. And we’ll never, ever stop perfecting. We launched BarBurrito out of pure passion, desperate to share our obsession, and on a mission with every handmade burrito to astound our customers. We were born to love burritos.
